Dark Green Moss Agate Druzy Palm Stone (F) Worry stone, Mocha stone, quartz inclusions

Moss agate, also known as mocha stone, is a gemstone renowned for the greenish filaments that seem to resemble creeping moss or other vegetation. The alternative name comes from the Arabian city of Mocha in Yemen, which was an ancient source for the gemstone. There is some disagreement as to the interchangeability of these gemstone names though. Some argue mocha stone should be reserved for specific moss agate with brown or red colouring.

Moss agate has several healing properties, many of which have to do with help strengthening one’s body and building up a strong immune system. Agate healing properties include, anti-inflammatory, cleansing of the circulatory system, preventing dehydration, lowers fever, treats colds, flu and infections, treats fungal and skin infections, can help midwives by motivating smooth delivery and lessening pain.

Please note: Due to being a natural hand carved stone, each crystal is unique and may differ slightly in shape, size and colour. They may also contain small flaws including imperfect points, rough edges, inclusions or natural cavities.
